Pups want to feel safe and it is the duty of the owners to make them feel secured. If there are children at home, they should be taught the right way of handling the pup. It is also essential to ensure that children do not feed unnecessary things such as chocolate to puppies as it can affect their health in a negative way. They should be taught that puppies should not be carried around and played like a football. They should be taught to care for animals.
It takes quite a bit of awareness and planning in order to manage the health and security of a new puppy. Therefore, prior to getting home a pup, it is essential for individuals to understand the responsibilities associated and ready themselves for these duties. Taking care of a pup is not just about providing it food and water, but it means a lot more than that in order to ensure their comfort, health and safety.
