Toilet training is one of the first things that people consider when they get a puppy. How can I do it, how long is it going to take and will I really be able to do it?These are all very important things to think about. Puppies toilet training is probably the first and most important thing that a puppy must learn.
Most people should be able to toilet train their puppy with a little guidance. Before they are able to control their functions, puppies need to reach a certain level of physical and mental maturity.Young puppies less than 12 weeks old will be quit difficult to toilet train and puppies of any age will need a lot of patience.
Puppies potty training can begin at any time but will be easier if a certain age is first reached.Younger puppies are harder to train than older puppies. It takes a lot less time to train a puppy that is six months old.How long it takes depends on your skill and patience.
Paper training is a good way to start.Place a newspaper in the same place all the time and teach the puppy to go on it.If you have successfully taught the puppy to go on the paper, the next thing is to teach it to go outside.Accidents will happen, just go on.Try not to get discouraged with puppies potty training and be patient and consistent. Don’t lose your temper and keep at it.A toilet trained puppy makes life so much easier.
